BMA was the Oracle HCM specialist on the North America payroll harmonization project. They’re excellent at requirements gathering, looking for solutions to enhance functionality, working with developers, testing, and managing intense timeliness. This project involved three ERP's, new payroll systems, enhancing time reporting, revising GL, and a new HR system. Their consultants ensured they had a thorough understanding of the requirements to relay to developers and managed several projects simultaneously.
